Developed through the collaboration of Yapı & Yapı - Güryapı Joint Venture, the International Financial Center Project—comprising a shopping mall and office spaces—aims to enhance the quality of the city’s commercial and social life.
The project has a total construction area of 550,000 m² and consists of 8 blocks. The Istanbul International Financial Center Special Project Area, with a parking capacity of 3,280 vehicles, also offers advantages such as easy access to business hubs on both the Asian and European sides thanks to its prime location.
