Istanbul International Finance Center is a project with a 200,000 m² construction area, consisting of two towers with 24 and 19 floors, a 7-story parking structure, and a 6-story podium building comprising offices and commercial spaces. Within the scope of the project, 190 offices built to Class A office standards, 22 commercial units, and 2 kiosks were designed, with the aim of meeting Istanbul’s need for world-class, high-quality office spaces.

With a capacity to accommodate 50,000 employees, 25,000 visitors, and 11,000 residents, the Istanbul International Finance Center CMB Towers have the potential to serve nearly 90,000 people daily and to create their own economy through business and retail opportunities.

The project also complies with the criteria of the LEED Silver certification, one of the world’s most preferred green building rating systems, thanks to its waste management plan implemented during construction, car-sharing areas, electric vehicle parking spaces and charging stations in the parking facility, air-conditioning and ventilation applications designed to improve indoor air quality, and the use of renewable energy.
